Megan Baumunk, Ph.D., CRC, LPC joined the faculty in May 2024. Dr. Baumunk’s professional background includes human resource management and recruitment, and rehabilitation counseling in various areas, including grief, disability adjustment, and vocational counseling. Dr. Baumunk’s research has focused on disability adjustment, caregiver burden, clinical supervision, trauma-informed care, and post-traumatic growth. In her spare time, she is busy running her own private rehabilitation counseling practice, providing support for individuals impacted by cancer through her work at Gilda’s Club Wisconsin, and keeping her 5-pound chihuahua, Phoebe, out of trouble.
