Performance Management and Development Program

Performance Management & Development Program (PDMP) is a new campus-wide software program designed to streamline and track activities and conversations between supervisors and their direct reports. The Office of Human Resources will be conducting trainings for both employees and supervisors. Everyone is encouraged to attend.

Description

Performance Management & Development Program (PDMP) is a new campus-wide software program designed to streamline and track activities and conversations between supervisors and their direct reports. This will provide greater consistency in how performance management is recorded while granting employees greater transparency and agency over their individual performance reviews.

The Office of Human Resources will be conducting trainings for both employees and supervisors. Everyone is encouraged to attend these sessions to understand how this new system will impact their overall performance management and career within the UW. This will take effect for Fiscal Year 19 reviews.
