School of Education Graduate Assistant Orientation

New graduate assistants with the School of Education are encouraged to take part in a Graduate Assistant Orientation on Friday, Sept. 1. The program is designed to promote a welcoming, culturally responsive and supportive School of Education community.

Description

New graduate assistants with the School of Education are encouraged to take part in a Graduate Assistant Orientation on Friday, Sept. 1. The program is designed to promote a welcoming, culturally responsive and supportive School of Education community. This event is also open to continuing graduate assistants who are interested.

Check-in and registration for the day-long event in the Wisconsin Idea Room (Education Building, Room 159) begins at 9:15 a.m.  School of Education Dean Diana Hess will kick off the orientation at 10 a.m. by welcoming the new graduate assistants.

The day will conclude with an optional reception from 4:15 to 6 p.m.
