Leko awarded editorship of Teacher Education and Special Education journal for 2019

UW-Madison's Melinda Leko was awarded the editorship of the Teacher Education and Special Education (TESE) journal.

Leko is an associate professor with the School of Education's Department of Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education. 

From the journal website: "TESE stimulates and improves the preparation of those who will work with children with disabilities. It offers research on exceptionality and the teaching of exceptional children, as well as the critical issues shaping the future of teacher education. The journal publishes original research, evaluations of personnel preparation programs, and interpretive or critical literature reviews."

Cynthia Griffin from the University of Florida was also awarded the editorship. Leko and Griffin's term begins in 2019.
