The event is a special thank you to the many PK-12 school professionals who open their classrooms to provide field experiences for UW-Madison student teachers and practicum students.

Instrumental music educator Chris Gleason will give the keynote presentation. Gleason currently teaches at Patrick Marsh Middle School in Sun Prairie, and was the 2017 Wisconsin Middle School Teacher of the Year and the first Wisconsin teacher to be named a finalist for National Teacher of the Year in 50 years.

The event will include a dinner, as well as a presentation of the Rockwell Awards for Cooperating Personnel and Teacher Education Alumni Awards.

Olbrich Botanical Gardens is located in Madison at 3330 Atwood Ave.
